Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for the safety of all customers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@purereve.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Pure Reve LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local carrier to file a claim.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped it cannot be cancelled.
