Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed and fulfilled within 1-5 business days before shipping. The countdown begins once your order is released to our fulfillment team. During busy periods such as holiday sales, processing may take longer.

Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request changes to your shipping address or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by emailing hello@purereve.com. After that, your order may already be with our fulfillment team and we may not be able to edit or cancel it.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: $5.99 · 3-7 business days after shipping (USPS)
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 · 3-7 business days after shipping
Express Shipping: $15.00 · 1-3 business days after shipping (USPS Priority)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They begin when your order ships, not when it is placed.

Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only. A small number of states or territories may be excluded, and you will be told at checkout if we cannot ship to your address. Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Split Shipments
Your order may ship from more than one warehouse and arrive in separate packages. This is due to logistics, you are never charged extra shipping for it, and each package will have its own tracking number.

Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your package is lost in transit, contact us at hello@purereve.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. Pure Rêve LLC is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us.
