Processing Time
All orders are processed and fulfilled within 1-5 business days before shipping. The countdown begins once your order is accepted.

Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request changes to your shipping address or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Once your order status changes to "Accepted" it cannot be edited or cancelled.

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 · 2-4 business days
• Express Shipping: $15.00 · 1-3 business days (USPS Priority)

We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Pure Reve LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local carrier directly to file a claim.
